Epson Executive Compliance Hotline

This site is for external whistleblowers. It provides a channel that you can use to report issues and concerns directly to Seiko Epson Corporation’s Compliance Office (“the Office”).

Concerns other than the above should be reported to your superior or through your company’s whistleblowing channel.

Whistleblowers who report an issue in good faith will be protected from all forms of retaliation, including but not limited to termination, pay cuts, demotion, or other adverse employment actions.
Furthermore, the Office will not disclose your identity unless required by applicable laws or with your consent.
If you wish to remain anonymous, select “Yes” to delete your signature information (the signature in the e-mail and the e-mail address) on the Registration Form page. The Office will not be able to see your name, contact information or department.
Epson will use your report to the extent needed to check the facts and taking corrective action if a compliance violation is confirmed.

また、事務局は、適用法令の要求またはあなたの事前の了解なく、あなたが通報者であることを第三者に開示することはありません。
